Review the text below for formulaic cadence and robotic smoothness.
Look for:
• Sentences with overly similar lengths
• Repetitive sentence structures
• Paragraphs that flow too neatly or mechanically
• Predictable openings and endings
• Excessive transitional phrases
A consistently polished rhythm that no natural writer would maintain. Revise only the sections that sound mechanically smooth or formulaic.
Vary sentence length and structure where necessary. Allow some sentences to be direct, abrupt or slightly uneven when that suits the author’s voice.
Do not make the writing casual unless it's already casual. Do not add humour, warmth, anecdotes or conversational filler.
Preserve the author’s original voice, meaning, authority, precision and force.
If a sentence already sounds natural, leave it untouched.
For every issue you find, provide:
Current text: Quote the exact phrase or sentence.
Suggested change: Explain what should be removed, shortened or replaced.
Provide replacement wording.
